I greatly admire this beautiful Graduation Luncheon Table setting/decorations. Can you tell me what the little gold Tiara accessory is that seems to be propped up at the side of each plate?

They’re very inexpensive…a pack of 8 is currently only $6. I found them in the birthday section. ~Kristi
