Merry Christmas friends!
Today, I am sharing my final (Part 3) Christmas Tour of 2018. I have two trees to show you…my foyer tree is a rainbow tree featuring butterflies and flowers and my sun room tree has is bird themed.
Today’s blog will mainly feature photos. I have plenty to say, and perhaps explain, but I’ll spare you most of the details.
Here’s the rainbow/butterfly tree in my foyer.

As you can see, there are several fillers in this tree but the majority of decorations are flowers, colored balls and butterflies.

I filled in the bottom with gifts wrapped in green paper and green ornaments. I am not sure if I like all of the green at the bottom and will reassess this decision before next year.

Now to the sun room’s bird tree.
The sun room tree is usually the first tree to go up during the Christmas season and the last one to be taken down. I just love the down-home simplicity of it.

The ornaments are mostly birds with glittered red balls and khaki bows with red berries as fillers. I used other natural elements such as cotton sprigs and grapevine balls to help fill out the empty spaces.

I love the simple top of the tree with a mix of feathers, berries and a bird’s nest.

The tree skirt is a yard of burlap. I placed several oversized grapevine balls along with other collected items on and around the tree skirt.

As promised…this was mostly photos.
Merry Christmas from Mulch and Paint!
Until next time,
