Are you ready for some football?
It is Superbowl week y’all!
If you know me, you know that I love football. I also love food…and mixing the two together is bliss. Today, I am going to share with you my go-to game day hot bean dip that is not only delicious but so easy to make.
Here’s what you’re going to need:
1 can of 15-16oz refried beans
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Cup shredded Mexican cheese
14 oz Rotel tomatoes
1 bag tortilla chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take the can of refried beans and spread it over the bottom of a 9 inch baking dish.

Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning until well blended.

Add the minced garlic and mix well.

Spoon the mixture over the refried beans. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 18-20 minutes until bubbly along the sides and the cheese is melted. Drain some of the liquid off of the Rotel tomatoes and pour the tomatoes on the hot bean dip. Serve immediately and enjoy with tortilla chips.

You will not be able to stop eating this once you start. It is addictive!
No matter who you are cheering for, we can all agree that the Superbowl is not just football but friends, food and the commercials! Even if you’re not a football fan, we can all use this event as an excuse for getting together and eating. Honestly, do we need an excuse?
Thank you so much for stopping by today!
Until next time,
