Hello and Happy New Year friends! Today, I am sharing my Winter Decor to keep the holiday spirit flowing into 2023!
I totally understand if you’ve already packed up the Christmas decorations and are searching Pinterest looking for Easter inspirations. Me? Well, I just can’t turn off Christmas on December 26th. It’s almost thirty days since Hallmark Christmas movies ruled the airways and all Miriah Carey wanted was “you”… but I’m still enjoying many of my trees and have pulled in more of a winter theme to take me into the spring. Today, I’m sharing some of my Winter Decor that is allowing me to hold on to the magical winter vibes and the glow of twinkling lights on into February (plus, I can put off boxing up all of the decorations until later!).

This year was really the perfect storm that brought about my Winter Decor. First, my first grand baby is due at the end of this month and I had planned to host a baby shower at my home. My daughter-in-law, Kaytlen, suggested a winter themed shower so I went with Baby It’s Cold Outside. With my Christmas decor still up, I chose to redecorate my Living Room and Dining Room with white and pink winter items. Hobby Lobby seemed to have so many wonderful after-Christmas deals and I was able to find inexpensive ornaments and winter-themed decor to use.
I also took down decorations from other trees throughout the house and pulled them together to focus on just the downstairs areas for my winter theme. Many of the ornaments on this tree came from my bedroom tree.

I added snowflakes everywhere and hung some from the mantle and chandelier in the Dining Room.

For the Dining Room, more whites, pinks and plenty of snowflakes!

Here’s a view of my foyer and a sneak peek of the baby shower! Kaytlen looked radiant!
(I will definitely share the shower details soon.)

We have a few more weeks of winter left, so embrace the season and keep some lights and winter decor up to help beat the winter blues. I promise you, there are no rules…just do what makes you happy and savor each moment. Me? I’m cuddled with a blanket in my favorite chair with the lights of the tree still on. Pure joy.
Until next time,

PLEASE PIN FOR LATER!
