Pineapple Casserole
Course: Side Dish
Ingredients
  • ¾ C sugar
  • 5 Tbsp flour
  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple in juice, drained
  • C cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Instructions
  1. Mix sugar and flour.

  2. Layer drained pineapple in a 9x11 baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pineapple.

  4. Spread cheese evenly over pineapple and sugar layers.

  5. Spread crushed Ritz crackers on top.

  6. Cut up butter into slices and lay on top of crackers.

  7. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
